R4B - Spouse of Government Official Expatriate Employment Visa
The R4B Spouse of Government Official Expatriate Employment/Work Visa is a Multiple Entry Temporary Residence Visa (TRV) for partner (wife or husband) of foreign worker who is employed in a Free Zone of Nigeria. This two-year renewable visa prescribed by the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020 is subject to the R4A visa and is only obtainable through the Nigerian Mission : Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.

Spouse of expatriate employed in as Government Official in Nigeria.
Requirements
- Formal R4B Application by the Government Employer to the CGI
- (Must indicate Acceptance of Immigration Responsibilities)
- Marriage Certificate / Evidence of Marriage
- Support letter from the Principal Applicant
- Travel Document valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
- Any other requirement of the Nigeria Consular Mission.
