R3C - Minor Dependant of Free Zone Expatriate Employment Visa
The R3C Minor Dependant of Free Zone Expatriate Employment/Work Visa is a Multiple Entry Temporary Residence Visa (TRV) for child or young juvenile dependant (below 18 years old) of foreign worker of a Nigeria Free Zone. This renewable visa is prescribed by the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020 as subject to the R3A visa and is only obtainable through the Nigerian Mission : Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.
Eligibility
Daughter, Son or other relative (less than 18 years old) under the care of Expatriate in a Nigeria Free Zone.
Requirements
- Formal R3C Application by the Employer to the CGI
- (Must indicate Acceptance of Immigration Responsibilities)
- Support letter from the Principal Applicant
- Travel Document valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
- Any other requirement of the Nigeria Consular Mission.
