F7C - Medical Tourism Visa
The F7C Medical Tourism Visa is a Single Entry Short Visit Visa (SVV) suitable for patient seeking health treatment in Nigeria. This 90-day visa was introduced in the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020 and is obtainable through the Nigeria Mission abroad (Embassy, High Commision or Consulate) available to certain nationalities at this time.
Eligibility
- Medical Patient admitted in a Nigeria based Health Facility
- Person(s) accompanying patient(s) seeking medical attention in Nigeria
Requirements
- Invitation/Admission letter from Health Care Provider in Nigeria
- Evidence of relative deposit payment for the health care
- Evidence of Return Flight Ticket
- Evidence of Reserved Accommodation in Nigeria
- Evidence of Sufficient Funds or Means of Sustenance
- Travel Document valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
