F3B - Transit Visa
The F3B Transit Visa is a very short stay endorsement intended for foreign passengers and crew members simply passing through Nigeria. This one-week non-renewable Short Visit Visa (SVV) was introduced in the Nigeria 2005 visa regime but was updraged for more flexibility in the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020. The F3B and is obtainable through e-Visa online application as well as the Nigeria Mission abroad (Embassy, High Commision or Consulate).
Eligibility
- A. Direct Transit Passenger with valid onward ticket to a different destination.
- B. Sea or Air crew members on duty rotation scheduled to depart Nigeria within a week.

- Onward journey ticket
For Crew Member :
- Crew Member Certificate
- Advance Provision of GEN DEC (General Declaration)
Basic Requirements for Application Procedure :
- Valid Travel Document
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
Additional requirement(s) will depend on the visa application channel : e-Visa or through the Nigerian Mission abroad
