Introduced in the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020, the F3A (Transit Without Visa) is technically not a visa but rather a transit classification in the Short Visit Visa (SVV) category for passengers or crew members with onward journey from Nigeria within 48 hours. In other words, the F3A is a stay permit without visa for a period not exeeding 48 hours during which the applicant shall remain in the airport or on the waters with no official entry into the territory of Nigeria.
