HAPPY 46th INDEPENDENCE ANGOLA

TRULY, VIRTUE IS STRONGER WHEN UNITED

On behalf of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, HE Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR), and Nigerians in Angola and the diaspora, I send my best wishes to the President, government and good people of Angola, on the occasion of her 46th Independence Anniversary Celebrations.

The Angolan Independence Day celebration offers citizens and residents an opportunity to reflect on the ideals that make a country as blessed as the Democratic Republic of Angola to remain strong.

Looking back at how the road has been thus far, I use this auspicious occasion to urge Angolans to remain united on this journey to greatness as a people.

My prayer is that Angolans remain steadfast and trusting totally that the candle of hope lit by heroes past, will never go dim, but will be fanned into a flame enkindled by unity, which continues to give hope for a desirable future.
