N4A - Highly Skilled Immigrant Visa
The N4A Highly Skilled Immigrant Visa is a Permanent Residence Visa (PRV) suitable for foreigner with unique talent(s), knowledge, ability(ies), invention(S) or technique(s) considered to be useful to the present and/or future development of Nigeria's economy in line with the National Development Plan. This five-year renewable permit was introduced in the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020 and is only obtainable through the Nigeria Mission abroad (Embassy, High Commision or Consulate).
Eligibility
Foreign national with rare talent, invention patent(s) or creation demonstrably relevant in lacking areas of the Nigerian economy as stipulated in the National Development Plan policies.
Requirements
- Recommendation by the National Scarce Skill Audit
- Vetted Credentials
- Curriculum Vitae / Resume in English language
(Including inventions list and patents if applicable)
- Travel Document valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
