N3A - Small Scale Enterprise Investor Visa
The N3A Small Scale Enterprise Investor Visa is a Permanent Residence Visa (PRV) recommended for foreigner who has between $250,000 and $500,000 USD capital investment portfolio in Nigeria. This five-year renewable permit was introduced in the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020 and is only obtainable through the Nigeria Mission abroad (Embassy, High Commision or Consulate).
The N3A visa class is suitable for Small Scale Investor who wishes to reside in Nigeria. An investor who only wishes to visit Nigeria regularly should consider alternative SVV class F4C for frequently travelled executives.
Eligibility
- Investor with a quarter million to half a million U.S. dollar investment in Nigeria intending to reside in Nigeria.
Requirements
- Evidence of $250,000 to $500,000 USD capital retention in Nigeria
(through the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or related financial agency) - Police Clearance Certificates/Reports
(From countries where Applicant resided in the last five years)
- Travel Document valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
