N1A - Spouse of Nigerian Citizen Visa
The N1A Spouse of the Nigerian Citizen Visa is a multiple entry Permanent Residence Visa (PRV) for partner (wife or husband) of Nigerian citizen. This indefinite visa enshrined in Section 37(10) of the Nigeria Immigration Act of 2015 was introduced in the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020 and is obtainable through the Nigeria Mission abroad (Embassy, High Commision or Consulate).
Eligibility
- Spouse of proven Nigerian citizen.
Requirements
- Proof of Nigerian Spouse's Citizenship
(Passport and/or certificate of birth) - Marriage Certificate / Evidence of Marriage
- Formal N1A Application by Nigerian Spouse to the CGI
(Must indicate Acceptance of Immigration Responsibilities)
- Travel Document valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages
- Printout of completed Online Visa Application form.
- Printout of the Online Payment Acknowledgement slip.
- Two (2) recent Passport sized (35/40mm) Photograph.
