We are pleased to inform you that eligible frequent flyers can now mail visa applications and required supporting documents to our Atlanta and Washington DC location as we may already have their information in our database.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Applicants MUST have previously gone through the visa Biometrics enrollment process.
• The previous application MUST have the same names and passport number as the new.
• The first application/expired visa with Biometrics MUST not be more than 6 years.
• Applicants that were enrolled previously as minors but are not minors upon a new visa application will not be eligible, as the system will mandate they get enrolled.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Include in your package a Frequent Flyer Fee of $105 Money Order in favor of Online Integrated Solutions Inc.(No Personal Checks)
• It is important to mail in complete visa application documents as listed on our website visa checklist
• Applications should be mailed only to our Washington DC or Atlanta location.
• Please confirm eligibility by sending your current NIS application ID on your payment slip via email before you mail out your documents.
• STR applications are excluded from the frequent flyer visa process.
• Include Return Address Envelope(Pre-Paid Express Mail from USPS) with your mailing address boldly written.

Please note that applications are processed in the order they are received and Incomplete documents are subject to processing time delays. Please ensure to read through the visa requirement checklist on our website before you mail out your application.
