Advisory Message to All Nigerian Citizens in Thailand 

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Bangkok wishes to observe that the daily infection cases and fatalities relating to the Coronavirus pandemic have continued to increase despite the concerted efforts by the host authorities to contain the situation. The Embassy is not also unmindful of the challenges associated with the current situation, especially in seeking basic necessities and regular social services, as well as accessing medical facilities if a need arises.

To this end, the Embassy wishes to use this medium to reach out to all Nigerians living in the Kingdom of Thailand and to express its utmost concern and enjoin one and all to cooperate with the host authorities to ensure compliance with relevant protocols by observing the guidelines necessary to keep safe from contracting the disease such as: regular washing or sanitizing of hands, use of face masks when outdoors, avoiding crowded areas, and staying indoors as much as possible, as well as respect for movement restriction rules.

3. Moreover, ensure to keep up to date on the latest information from trusted sources, such as the Thailand's Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), Ministry of Public Health, WHO Thailand and other appropriately designated government agencies for updates.
