Please make sure you fully complete the section on the visa application form that states: Give a list of the countries you have visited in the last 12 months. 

We have gradually resumed our visa services from Mondays-Fridays with reduced hours between 10am-1pm and 1:30pm to 3pm due to COVID-19. The visa and BVN appointment bookings are now open. Please book your appointment before coming to our offices for Visa and BVN services.

As part of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing guidelines, we are asking all individual visa applicant/s to purchase a Special delivery Envelope from the post Office or our Centre, so we can return their passport/s back to them by post.
