The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Bangui informs the public that, following the preponderance of the COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus) around the world, and the need to take the necessary precautions to safeguard the well-being of the Mission and its officials, hours of service are reduced as follows:

• Embassy local staff will now work between 10 am and 14 pm.
• Superior Officers (host country based officers) will only take care of emergencies;
• Normal consular activities, including meetings and visits to the Embassy are now suspended;
• All staff members are advised to respect the hygiene rules of the host authorities and avoid unnecessary contact with the public.

This measure will remain active until the threat of the pandemic is controlled. While regretting this evolution, the public is invited to contact for emergencies that require the Mission's attention at the following numbers:
