In contrast with the SVVs and TRVs under the Nigeria Visa Policy 2020, the PRV category of two (2) years to infinity visas are suitable for applicants who wish to enter Nigeria for purpose of settling. Spouses of Nigerian citizens, special investors, distinguished retirees and other valuable applicants may be eligible for Permanent Residence Visa.

 

 

15 Permanent Residence Visas

The PRV category under the Visa Mandatory Policy has the longest stay permits in fifteen (15) visa classes including highly skilled talent visas, investor visas, retiree visas and spouse/dependant visas ranging from two (2) years to infinity.

 

  • N1A - Spouse of Nigerian Citizen Visa:

    Infinite Residence Permit. Valid through passport and marriage validity. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N2A - Nigerian by Birth who Renounced Nigerian Citizenship Visa:

    Infinite Residence Permit. Valid through passport validity. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N2B - Spouse of Nigerian by Birth who Renounced Nigerian Citizenship Visa:

    Infinite Residence Permit. Valid through passport and marriage validity. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N3A - Small Scale Enterprise Investor Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Requires $250,000 to $500,000 investment in Nigeria. Five (5) year visa obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N3B - Medium Scale Enterprise Investor Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Requires $500,000 to $1,000,000 investment in Nigeria. Five (5) year visa obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N3C - Large Scale Corporation Investor Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Requires $1,000,000 to $10,000,000 investment in Nigeria. Five (5) year visa obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N3D - Ultra Large Scale Corporation Investor Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Requires over $10,000,000 investment in Nigeria. Five (5) year visa obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N3E - Oil, Gas and Power Sector Investor Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Requires $100,000,000 investment in Nigeria. Five (5) year visa obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N4A - Highly Skilled Immigrant Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Five (5) year visa. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N5A - Retiree in Nigeria Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. two (2) year visa. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N5B - Retiree From Abroad Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Two (2) year visa. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N6A - Spouse of Permanent Residence Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Two (2) year visa. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N6B - Minor Dependant of Permanent Residence Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Two (2) year visa. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N6C - Adult Dependant of Permanent Residence Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Two (2) year visa. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.

  • N6D - Aged Dependant of Permanent Residence Visa:

    Renewable Residence Permit. Two (2) year visa. Obtainable only through Nigerian Consular Missions.
